Child Safety Standards

Our Commitment: Queerity is committed to maintaining a safe environment free from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors.

1. Age Requirement

Queerity is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We do not permit anyone under the age of 18 to create an account or use our services. By using Queerity, users confirm they are at least 18 years of age.

  • Users must be 18 years or older to register
  • Date of birth verification is required during account creation
  • Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are immediately suspended pending investigation

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on Queerity:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any way
  • Grooming behavior or attempts to contact minors
  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing exploitative content involving minors
  • Any content that depicts, promotes, or encourages child exploitation
  • Discussions or content that normalize sexual activity with minors

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any user found violating these standards will have their account immediately and permanently terminated. We will report all instances of CSAM and child exploitation to the appropriate authorities.

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

We encourage all users to report any content or behavior that may involve child exploitation or endanger minors.

3.1 In-App Reporting

Users can report child safety concerns directly within the app:

  • Navigate to the profile of the user you wish to report
  • Tap the report button (flag icon)
  • Select "Underage User" or the appropriate category
  • Provide any additional details that may help our investigation

3.2 Direct Contact

For urgent child safety concerns, you can contact us directly:

Please include as much detail as possible, including usernames, screenshots (if safe to capture), and a description of the concerning behavior.

3.3 External Reporting

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement immediately. You can also report child exploitation to:

  • United States: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) - CyberTipline or call 1-800-843-5678
  • International: Contact your local law enforcement or child protection agency

4. Our Response Process

When we receive a report of potential child exploitation or CSAM:

  1. Immediate Review: Our trust and safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours, with urgent reports prioritized
  2. Account Suspension: Accounts involved in suspected CSAE are immediately suspended pending investigation
  3. Content Removal: Any violating content is immediately removed from our platform
  4. Authority Notification: We report confirmed instances of CSAM to NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
  5. Permanent Ban: Users found to have violated child safety standards are permanently banned from Queerity

5. Cooperation with Authorities

Queerity complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation. This includes:

  • Reporting CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. law
  • Preserving evidence and account information when required by law
  • Responding promptly to valid legal requests from law enforcement
  • Cooperating with international authorities on cross-border investigations

6. Prevention Measures

We employ multiple measures to prevent child exploitation on our platform:

  • Age Verification: Date of birth verification during registration
  • Content Moderation: Automated and human review of reported content
  • User Reporting: Easy-to-use in-app reporting tools for all users
  • Account Monitoring: Proactive monitoring for suspicious behavior patterns
  • Staff Training: Regular training for our team on identifying and responding to CSAE
